The Mulish Washing Station first began operations in 2014. Founded by Faysel Abdush, Mulish processes ripe cherries from nearly 1000 local Smallholders whose farms average around 4 hectares. The land surrounding Mulish is nourished by the Mormora River and forested with tall trees that provide ample shade for the coffee trees. This washed coffee is bright and acidic, and beautifully demonstrates the clean and delicate flavors that are possible from the washed process.
