Our decaf comes from small producers in the Huila region of Colombia, where high elevation and careful farming produce beautifully expressive coffees. Made up of Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia, this lot is decaffeinated using the Sugarcane process and the Mountain Water process, both of which preserve the natural flavor of the coffee.
The result is a clean, balanced cup with comforting notes of chocolate, citrus and brown sugar. Easy drinking, full flavor — just without the caffeine.
