Colombia Decaf - Huila Caturra

Our decaf comes from small producers in the Huila region of Colombia, where high elevation and careful farming produce beautifully expressive coffees. Made up primarily of the Caturra varietial, this lot is decaffeinated using either the natural sugarcane Ethyl Acetate process or Mountain Water Process, both chosen to preserve the character of the coffee rather than strip it away.

The result is a clean, balanced cup with comforting notes of chocolate, hazlenut, citrus and caramel. Easy drinking, full flavor — just without the caffeine.
